FLY THE WHALE CASE STUDY
Fly The Whale was searching for a way to consolidate their message into a 30 second video to be played on a jumbotron at an event. The video served as an introduction to their presentation, which gave attendees an exciting, visual look into what this exciting company does!
After the video was played at the event, attendees asked where they could find the video. Fly The Whale immedietly reached out and asked if the video could be made for social media use. The video now lives on instagram, Facebook, twitter and most importantly, on the homepage of Fly The Whale’s website.
929Media filmed this video over the course of 1 day. Our team arrived on the east river in Manhattan to film the planes taking off & landing. We strapped a few go-pros to the plane, hopped in and were on our way to Montauk, filming aerial video from the cockpit of the plane. We made our final decent into Montauk and continued to film the planes landing and taking off. The final edit included a combination of dynamic footage showcasing the views, speed of travel, and overall atmosphere Fly The Whale looks to achieve.
"Their ability to take a concept from conversation to paper to screen is unmatched by any team we’ve worked with. Whenever we have a concept for video marketing, the immediate next step is to contact 929Media and run through it with the team. "
